At Touchcast I worked on many sprints of the Spark Website, including two new Customers journeys for Consumer and Business Services. We went through an agile process, starting design moc ups of UX wires, Prototypes built in In-vision, User testings and then adapting the design based on our findings. We balanced business requirements against the voice of the consumer, with the strongest user recommendations winning out. What resulted was new ‘Consumer First’ Pattern Libraries that were applied elsewhere for the site rebrand.
